Room rate is good for 2 person but the room can accommodate up to 4 person maximum occupancy . Extra person will be charged ₱1,000/night, this comes with extra mattress.
Extra mattress is set-up on the floor.
Children 6 years old and below sharing bed with parents are free of charge and room accommodation (maximum of 2 free kid). Children 7 years old and above are considered adults and shall be charged an extra person rate.

Helmina’s Villas Siargao – Cancellation Policy
At Helmina’s Villas, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our guests while ensuring we can manage our operations effectively. Please review the following terms:
1. Standard Bookings:
– Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in:Full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
– Cancellation between 14 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
– Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in: No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings:
Bookings labeled as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for refunds regardless of the cancellation date.
3. Special Offers & Packages:
For bookings made under special offers or packages, specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.
4. No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
5. Early Departure:
In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights.
6. Modifications:
Modifications to your booking (such as changes in dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
7. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies), we will provide options for rebooking or refunds based on the situation.
8. Group Bookings:
For group bookings of three or more villas, a separate cancellation policy will apply. Please contact us for details.
